Our bakery lobby will be CLOSED to the public from Monday, November 23 through Thursday, December 24.
We will be delivering all our orders curbside in our parking lot. All orders need to be prepaid and placed in advance. For same-day, walk-up purchases, we will have our new BonBonerie outdoor tent in the Grandin parking lot across the street from our bakery entrance where you can browse and select items in person.
What COVID-19 measures are you taking?
We’ve reduced our hours to keep staff safer – we are now open from 10am-4pm Mon-Sat. We require masks at all times for staff members and guests inside. We are limiting our bakery lobby to 4 guests at a time and ask that incoming guests wait outside until the lobby has fewer than 4 people before entering. We are continuing our sanitation standards of frequent cleaning, hand-washing, and sanitizing of high-touch surfaces. We also have hand sanitizer for staff and guests. In our Café, we’ve reduced capacity and spaced out tables to accommodate social distancing practices and have erected plexiglass separators in higher-traffic areas.
What are your holiday hours?
This holiday season, we will be open from 10am-4pm Monday through Saturday. We will be open from 7:30am-1pm on Christmas Eve, Thursday, December 24. We will be open from 10am-4pm on Thursday, December 31st. We will be closed every Sunday and the following dates:
Friday, December 25
Saturday, December 26
Friday, January 1
January 2 through January 10 for our annual winter break
We will reopen with our January 2021 menu on Monday, January 11 at 10am.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by calling us at 513-321-3399 during our business hours or by stopping in to see us and placing the order in person. At this time we require payment in advance for all orders.
Can I order online?
At this time we do not have an online ordering system in place (it’s on our New Year’s Resolutions for 2021!). You can place an order by calling us at 513-321-3399 during our business hours.
How far in advance do I need to place my holiday order?
The earlier you can place your order, the better. We base our holiday production on our order numbers and the earlier we have our numbers, the better we can prepare for the holiday season. We request at least a week’s notice for most items.
Can I order ahead and pick-up on the same day?
We recommend you order at least 48 hours in advance for holiday ordering. We can do limited same-day ordering; we ask at least 2 hours to fulfill your request, and please keep in mind this will be limited to a first-come, first-serve basis and may not be possible depending on how busy we are that day. You are welcome to visit our outdoor BonBonerie marketplace tent, which will have a limited menu of items for same-day, walk-up purchases.
How do I pick up my order?
When you arrive at the BonBonerie, a staff member will greet you and take the name on your order. You’ll be assigned a parking spot and a staff member will bring your order to you. We ask that all guests wear masks when interacting with our staff members.
What if I want to add on to my order?
You can add on items to your order by calling us at 513-321-3399 at least 2 full days in advance of your order date. If you need to purchase additional items while you are here, you can visit our outdoor BonBonerie marketplace for same-day purchases.
Can I pick up my order at the Café?
All bakery orders must be picked up through the bakery’s curbside delivery. No orders can be picked up at the Café.
I don’t have an order and your lobby is closed. How do I get pastry?
If you don’t have an order and you need to bring pastries home with you today, you are welcome to visit our outdoor BonBonerie marketplace where you can browse and purchase items from a limited menu.
Can I place a custom order in December?
We can do limited custom orders in December.
For custom cupcakes: Only available through Saturday, December 5th. Orders for that day must be placed at least 2 days in advance. Cupcake production will resume December 29th after 12pm. Orders for that day must be placed by December 21st.
For custom cutouts: We're booked for custom cutouts through Christmas. We're taking orders for December 30th and December 31st. and will resume normal production when we reopen January 11 after our annual winter break.
For custom cake designs: Only available through Saturday, December 5th. Orders for that day must be placed by November 28th at the latest. Custom cake production will resume December 30th. Orders for that day must be placed by December 21st. For birthdays, non-holiday celebrations, or extra special holiday cakes, we have a small selection of cake designs available to choose from at this link here. Orders for these cakes must be placed by Saturday, December 12th.
Are you open on Sundays?
We are not open on Sundays.
Are you open Christmas Eve?
Yes! We are open from 7:30am-1pm on Christmas Eve for curbside pick-up of pre-placed orders. We’ll also have our outdoor BonBonerie tent available with a limited menu for walk-up, same-day purchases.
Are you open New Year’s Eve?
Yes! We are open from 10am-4pm on New Year’s Eve. Our bakery lobby will be back open at this time; we still recommend that you place your order in advance, but you are welcome to come visit the bakery in person to purchase your items. Curbside delivery to our parking lot will still be offered to those who request it.
