Opera Cream Torte

For over thirty years, this has been our signature cake. This double chocolate chip cake is filled and iced with our rich vanilla opera cream filling. The layers are enrobed with a rich chocolate glaze and decorated with Belgian chocolate shavings. We elegantly garnish the torte with white chocolate buttercream rosettes and hand-cut white chocolate diamonds.

Carrot Cake

Our carrot cake adheres to what we think is the best version of a classic. Pure and simple, the cake itself is made with fresh carrots. There are no nuts, raisins, or pineapple to confuse your palate. We fill and frost it with our perfect cream cheese frosting while we generously coat the sides with fresh walnuts. Carrot Cake, BonBonerie style!

Chocolate Raspberry Jewel

We fill our deep chocolate cake with chocolate whipped cream which sits atop a layer of locally made raspberry preserves. The entire cake is enrobed with our delicious raspberry buttercream. Raspberry preserves and handmade chocolate accents adorn the top.

Coconut Cake

Our famous coconut cake is a specialty we make just for the Easter season. Our delicate genoise cake is filled and enrobed with fresh coconut cream-infused whipped cream. Pure white flakes of coconut surround the fluffy layers of cake and cream. Available beginning April 6th until they're all gone!

Lemon Daffodil Torte

As light as the soft winds spring, our genoise cake is filled with a beautiful blend of fresh vanilla ganache and English lemon curd. The outside is covered with a fresh lemon buttercream and the torte is topped with a bright lemon curd. We finish it with handmade sugar daffodils and spring greenery.

Passover Cake

Passover Cake
A rich, dense, and rustic chocolate cake made with crushed matzo meal. We top it with chocolate ganache and candied orange peel, while toasted almonds encase the sides.  Available beginning Thursday April 6th.
