June menu begins on May 30th

OPERA CREAM

For over thirty years, this has been our signature cake. This double chocolate chip cake is filled and iced with our rich vanilla opera cream filling. The layers are enrobed with a rich chocolate glaze and decorated with Belgian chocolate shavings. We elegantly garnish the torte with white chocolate buttercream rosettes and hand-cut white chocolate diamonds.

Bumbleberry Torte

We combine our delicate genoise cake with a scrumptious whipped cream and cream cheese filling that sits atop locally made raspberry preserves. Our French vanilla buttercream surrounds the layers, and spring flowers finish off the torte.

Carrot Cake

Our carrot cake adheres to what we think is the best version of a classic. Pure and simple, the cake itself is made with fresh carrots. There are no nuts, raisins, or pineapple to confuse your palate. We fill and frost it with our perfect cream cheese frosting while we generously coat the sides with fresh walnuts. Carrot Cake, BonBonerie style!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Torte

A Father’s Day favorite. It’s time to bring back our delicious chocolate peanut butter torte. Dark chocolate cake is layered with a light & fluffy peanut butter filling. We ice it in our fabulous peanut butter buttercream, enrobe it in a deep chocolate glaze, and finish it with handmade buckeyes. Available Father's Day weekend only! Get one before they're gone!

French Strawberry Torte

Our light as air chiffon cake is filled with a strawberry and fresh whipped cream filling, then surrounded with our bright tasting strawberry buttercream. The top is festooned with handmade marzipan strawberries and handmade sugar flowers. It's perfect for a summer party.
