Opera Cream Torte

For over thirty years, this has been our signature cake. This double chocolate chip cake is filled and iced with our rich vanilla opera cream filling. The layers are enrobed with a rich chocolate glaze and decorated with Belgian chocolate shavings. We elegantly garnish the torte with white chocolate buttercream rosettes and hand-cut white chocolate diamonds.

Carrot Cake

Our carrot cake adheres to what we think is the best version of a classic. Pure and simple, the cake itself is made with fresh carrots. There are no nuts, raisins, or pineapple to confuse your palate. We fill and frost it with our perfect cream cheese frosting while we generously coat the sides with fresh walnuts. Chocolate Bellissimo Torte

Inspired by the pastisserie of Florence, Italy we have created this dessert to celebrate the Old World. We cover a deep chocolate cake with our hand-filled chocolate profiteroles, which are nestled in a cloud of chocolate espresso whipped cream. Another tender chocolate cake covers this delicate layer, and the torte is enrobed in a dark chocolate glaze and topped with wintry chocolate twigs. This is a new and sophisticated cake, with an emphasis on flavor.

Chocolate Heart Cake for Two

Our luscious chocolate cake is hand-cut into a heart shape and filled with luscious Belgian Chocolate ganache. We finish it off by drizzling the cake with our rich deep chocolate marquis glaze.

The ever anticipated.....French Strawberry Torte.

Our delicate genoise is filled with whipped cream and fresh berries. We ice it with our bright strawberry buttercream and decorate it with handmade marzipan strawberries and sugar flowers.
