Our light as a feather chiffon cake is filled with a layer of tart lemon and a layer of sweet raspberry Parisian creams. The torte is iced with fresh lemon buttercream and topped with raspberry moon glaze.

This flourless chocolate cake has a sophisticated look and taste. Its rich, fudgey texture is complimented by the perfect chocolate ganache frosting. A fluffy cloud of homemade whipped cream finishes the cake. Not too sweet, naturally gluten-free, and perfect for Passover. Available starting March 23rd.
